Acts and Rules

• The Company has adopted Rajasthan Service Rules, Contributory Pension Rules 2005, HRA Rules, Compensatory City Allowance Rules, Travelling Allowance Rules, Rajasthan Civil Service (Joining Time) Rules, Rajasthan Civil Service Revised Pay Rules, Rajasthan Civil Service (CCA) Rules, Rajasthan Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, GF&AR and any other service and Financial Rules under the provision to Article 309 of Constitution of India and for the time being in force including amendments thereon from time to time till the Company do not have its own rules.
